Mark Stephens' yoga teacher training program was a life changing experience. Mark skillfully offers a full spectrum program that full prepares the aspirant to begin teaching or advanced study.  Not only did my personal practice flower; my spiritual journey boomed.  I offer gratitude to my teacher, Mark, and encourage any seeker to explore this YTT program as a safe and sustainable entry point.
