In-Depth Studies Program
Many yoga students are interested in deepening their personal practice and their appreciation of the history, philosophy, and techniques of yoga. The In -Depth Studies Program allows you to participate in the Foundational Course for Yoga Teacher Training without the goal or related pressure involved in working toward yoga teacher certification. You are thereby able to focus in on just the topics that most interest you while being exposed to the more comprehensive course of studies required of aspiring teachers.
