Diane See

As a City College San Francisco instructor, Diane See spent thirteen years teaching Mind-Body Health and T’ai Chi Chih to active adults of all ages, including people with disabilities. After retiring from C.C.S.F. she spent time in Bali, where she practiced yoga and meditation, and in India, where she took private classes in South Indian Dance and stayed at various ashrams. In 2006 Diane moved to Santa Cruz where she has continued to teach T’ai Chi Chih—eight months at a residential facility of the Santa Cruz Mental Health Agency, and two years through the Community Education Program of Sutter Hospital. Diane has just published her second book on self-healing, The Healer Is You: And You Are More Than A Body, in which she offers her experiences and insights about health. You can contact Diane via email at dianesee@gmail.com or visit her website at TheHealerIsYou.com.
