Jeanette Lehoullier

Jeanette's love of fitness and nutrition began in 1986 at UC Davis, where she studied nutrition and health science, rowed crew, was an avid runner and general fitness enthusiast, spurring a deep interest in yoga in 2001. Her dedicated practice led her to explore a variety of styles and teachings. She completed her 250-hour yoga teacher certification with Mark Stephens and has studied deeply with Kofi Busia, who continues to bring awareness and awakening to every aspect of her personal practice and teaching style.

Jeanette is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga and her desire is to inspire her students to develop their fullest potential, experiencing the truth of who they are on and off the mat. Jeanette's classes focuses on developing strength, flexibility and balance with close attention to alignment and breath.
