This worksop explores the basic elements of Vinyasa Flow style yoga, including how to cultivate yogic breathing, breath–movement coordination, the energetics of the poses and transitions, and how to balance effort and ease amidst challenging sequences.
We will first look closely at each of the asanas and transitions in the Sun Salutations, focusing on alignment and energetic actions that make the movements and positions more accessible, comfortable and sustainable.
Open to all levels, we will look at a variety of flowing sequences to further refine the practice.
