About Workshops & Retreats

Workshops

Santa Cruz Yoga offers a wide range of workshops throughout the year for all levels of students and teachers. They are a great way to get more deeply into the practice, to learn more and refine your knowledge, skills and experience of yoga.

Most of our workshops are offered on weekend afternoons and vary in time from two to five hours. You can always pre-register online via PayPal or in person at the studio. We generally offer an early-bird doscounted registration price.

Retreats

Sometimes taking a step back or away is the surest way to move more easily and consciously forward.

Yoga retreats are a great way to pause, reflect and explore. All of our retreats are open to all evels of students and teachers. Entirely new students will benefit from daily practice and close guidance in learning basic alignment, actions, and ways to refine each yoga pose. More experienced students can take their practice to the next level while exploring intermediate to advanced yoga.
