We offer this workshop every month at Santa Cruz Yoga for newer students to learn some of the fundamentals of yoga that make every session more beneficial and enjoyable. It's also open to experienced students looking for a review of the basics elements that together make yoga a complete and integrated practice for cultivating lifelong well being.
In this workshop, you will learn several basic poses and breathing techniques, alignment principles, and the effective use of yoga props that are designed to make all of the poses safer and more accessible. Regardless of your age and physical condition, we welcome you to explore this ancient practice.
